Coachella is everything like you'd imagine

It's the festival of the year, combining music, arts, and (more recently) fashion. The most anticipated headliner this year was Beyoncé, and boy she did not disappoint. After dipping out of last year's festival due to the arrival of the twins, she came back in full force and delivered a performance that can only be described as transcendent. The Weekend and Eminem were both phenomenal in their own sets as well, but queen B's set was a full on production. 

Beyond the performances, the art installations were as beautiful and ornate as ever, my personal favorite was a set of 3 life sized cathedrals stenciled out of wire mesh. It was such a magnificent sight in the evenings, illuminated all around for the full effect. 

Despite all the craziness, going to Coachella is an experience unlike any other. Before you know it, the weekend will be over and you're driving 2 hours in the wee hours of Monday morning to catch a flight back to work on time 😉
